Severe flooding onto property on both sides due to roadside ditches not being cleared. Reported to SLC and it will be within 5 working days before somebody comes out to inspect the property., 9th June
Roadside ditches not maintained. Flood water running across road and onto property from both sides. Problem reported to SLC .

Flooded roads now hard rutted ice. Dangerous driving conditions due to untreated roads. Road on brae washed away due to running water previously. Ditches along the whole stretch of road blocked., 16th January
Ditches have not been cleared for years. Roads are not gritted and now the road is like an ice rink.

Potholes, 7th March
This road was relaid last summer and it is already getting new potholes in it! Can you please do the job properly? There is one large developing pothole near the bridge and smaller ones by the crossroad.

Street Light Out, 28th January
Street light has been out for sometime. As a lot of elderly residents in street needs to be fixed for their security asap.Address is 54 Gilchrist Loan Lesmahagow ML11 0BN

Annes view, 30th June
There appears to be a large number of dog owners in the area where i stay and only a select few that pick up after their dog. I have already asked one of the neighbours to pick up after her dog but she thought it was ok to leave it as all the other dog owners left their dog mess. it is becoming an eyesore as well as a health hazard as a number of young children, whom i have a toddler myself often play on the grassy area around the houses/flats. i woul;d appreciate your correspondance kind regards

Potholes and damaged bridge, 19th January
Parapet damage to bridge reported over a year ago. Now in dangerous position. Large potholes on the narrow bridge difficult for traffic to negotiate.

Blocked Ditches/Flooding, 4th November
Despite this problem being reported monthly on this site, ditches have still to be cleared and after heavy rain over the last couple of days water is now covering the road and running into private property. Water erosion damage to road surface and private access.

Illegally dumped rubbish, 23rd April
Huge amounts of bagged and loose rubbish has been dumped on this corner. As well as being an eyesore, there is the distinct possibilty of environmental pollution due to the nature of the debris.

Ditch/Road damage, 8th April
The road has collapsed into the burn in a long stretch of Netherhouse/Coney Road, tractors and cars are falling into the ditch and tearing up the road, which is only a single track road. It is now getting very dangerous as the road is now very narrow and is prone to flooding.

Overflowing Ditch, 31st January
No ditch maintenance on the road side is leading to water flooding onto the road and in present wintry conditions this has now turned to an icy surface. No gritting being done. Ditch needs to be cleared out and maintained by the council.

Blocked Drain, 27th January
This Drain is blocked causing major flooding on the road and is extremly dangerous when it freezes.
