Deep, dangerous potholes x 10, 19th October
The condition of the road has deteriorated to the point that the potholes are now not only dangerous to walkers & horses (access to Yelnow Lane byway) but also causing damage to vehicles that use this road to either access Yelnow Farm or council vehicles that access the Yelnow Lane. The road needs immediate significant repair to ensure no accidents or injuries occur as we move into the winter months and the triad will deteriorate further.

As you drive over Felmersham bridge and turn right to go up Hunts Lane, the give way road markings are badly eroded. I’ve seen two near misses this past week.

Long potholes, dangerous for narrow wheeled vehicles e.g. Bicycles, 24th April
The cheap resuface of tar plus grit is wearing off all along Carlton road making it very unpleasant for cyclists. At the point indicated the road foundation has also given way leaving a 4cm wide 1+m long hole 3-4cm deep which could catch the front wheel of a bicycle causing the cyclist to fall off. Potentially dangerous to life or limb not just damage to the bicycle.

Treacherous potholes due to winter water damage, 9th April
These potholes were rapaired 12 months ago by the BC. The road is deteriorating rapidly and is used by BC vehicles & the public to access the Green Lane. The road is dangerous to walkers and cars & is in need of urgent attention

Toyota Turbo VX Landcruiser index H766XAL was parked on double yellow lines at 19:30 Friday 28th abd is still there ar 12:15 Saturday 29th Feb, 29th February
Seems odd to park overnight on double yellows and close to a junction. It is causing some minor inconvenience to traffic when cars are turning into Park Lane from the High Street

Temporary parking restrictions are brilliant!, 23rd January

The temporary parking restrictions outside the Sharnbrook Co-op are brilliant, there are far less delays getting through the village, even with the traffic lights for roadworks. Please consider something on a more permanent basis, especially as there's a public carpark only 100 yards away.

Numerous eep potholes and crevices which are dangerous, 29th April
Road has numerous deep crevices and pot holes which were repaired last year by Beds BC but due to the Borough Council repairing the Byway at the end of the road over the winter months & using this road as its only access point to move heavy machinery up and down, the road is now in a worse state & dangerous to both pedestrians, cyclists, horses and a hazard for cars

Church Lane, Odell - Potholes enormous, 8th May
Church Lane - the road from Hobbs Green Farm to the entrance to Yelnow Lane is becoming impassable. This road is used every day by people driving to the Yelnow Lane to walk their dogs, go for a walk along the Byway, & riding horses. The pot holes are enormous and have become a hazard to both cars and pedestrians and needs some serious maintenance from the council. The road is constantly being repaired from the corner of Hobbs Green Spinney to Yelnow Farm but the remainder of the road needs urgent attention from the council.
