Problem has existed for at least six months. The tarmac infilled around the drain has disappeared leaving deep trenches around the ironwork.

Horse riding track - hazard?, 19th September
This is an extensive track of what appears to be waste carpet material laid for horses to exercise on. Sunken drain on corner/bend in B526 past the intersection of another road on B526, 11th June
There is a deeply sunken drain cover past the corner after going past the road that joins the B526, which is the road that meets the B526 just before the pin point for the report. The sunken drain cover is very deep and is impossible to avoid given the side of the road. It is located past the intersecting road before the pin pointed marker for this report on the bend.

Large amount of Black bags in hedge row . And rubbish both sides of road from m1 all the way down hill to gayhurst ., 24th January

Deep ditch full of rubbish along entire length, 23rd January
Cannot be seen by cars . But looking down from tractor or lorry this ditch collects all the blown rubbish and is a danger to wildlife etc

There is a tree overlooking my garden from lakes lane is dead with a possibility of falling onto my shed. I would like the council to cut it down before anything happens.

Pothole, 4th March
Small pothole on b526 getting bigger. It's on the side heading north towards stoke godlington just after the turning for haversham. Have to drive onto oncoming lane to avoid in large cars. Just needs a quick fill.

Overgrown branches encroaching onto highway, 30th October
On the left hand side of the road (when driving from Tryingham towards Gayhurst) just past the Tyringham turn off is large piece of bracken/ bush that has unfortunately caused damage to my vehicle. I have already emailed MK Council but have yet to recover a reply.

Deep hole in road surface outside No 2 Park Cottage, 1st January
Hole appeared in last month. Two people already injured by tripping in this hole due to lack of street lighting. Seems it may be a collapsed drain. Needs urgent attention please.

Very Dangerous deep pothole., 22nd August
This pothole is very deep and has been present for, at least the last few weeks, if not longer. The pothole is on the left hand edge of the road affecting vehicles travelling towards Chicheley from the roundabout on the A422 west of Chicheley. It is very difficult to avoid because there is a bollard in the middle of the road (possibly a Keep-Left bollard) restricting the lane width. I am seriously concerned that somebody will receive serious tyre damage as a result of this and it could lead to a dangerous accident, either at the site or later, as a result of tyre failure.
