Unsafe unloading of cars at Big Motoring World on A20 in Addington, 3rd November
Delivery articulated car trailer regularly parks on A20 outside Big Motoring World. Vehicle always parks incorrectly, i.e., facing the traffic flowing towards Wrotham Heath in order to unload vehicles. This forces traffic to overtake on the hashed lines. On 02/11/21 at about 6PM, I was driving past this vehicle when driver walked into traffic flow (assume to drop trailer down) forcing me to swerve away and I almost collided with an on-coming vehicle. This delivery process is a regular occurrence at this site. They have plenty of room for the truck to drive onto their site and unload safely yet they persist in behaving in a way which could lead to accidents

Diseased trees, 18th July
There are a series of trees lining the Footpath behind the new bungalows in Plowenders Close that are diseased/dying/dead. It started with one tree but has now spread and I am concerned that it will affect the trees in my garden. The dead trees appear unstable and could possibly fall and cause damage to my boundary fencing.

Rubbish left in front of my house for 3 days now not collected, 22nd June
Recycling not collected and left in front of no6 Churchfields Should’ve been collected on Monday by council. Residents leave their bins from midday Sunday and usually they are emptied and residents take them back Monday evening. It is now Tuesday evening and bins still there

Off the A20 , Hawley Drive , half way down where the foolpath cross over from Ryash Church to the Wheatsheaf pub . There was s a lay-by leading to the farmers field . The rubbish is thrown into the bushes .

Car Delivery Lorry, always parked on main road, 2nd October
Every working day for the last 3 months, there has been a car delivery lorry parked on the main road outside Big Motoring World. It dangerous having to cross the chevrons to pass, considering there is ample room in their yard to take these deliveries in.
