A1M southbound at Bramham West Yorkshire - noise, 18th November
A1M southbound at Bramham West Yorkshire : gaps have opened up between the wooden noise fence boards and underneath the noise fence alongside A1M southbound between Tenter Hill Bridge and Bowcliffe Bridge. This make the noise barriers ineffective against noise from the A1M southbound next to Bramham village.

Noise, 30th July
I live at Ryarsh, West Malling, Kent, ME19 5GT. The noise from the m20 is presently unbearable and I am not entirely sure what has happened to lead to the significant increase in noise in a short period. Can you help please and investigate.

Diseased trees, 18th July
There are a series of trees lining the Footpath behind the new bungalows in Plowenders Close that are diseased/dying/dead. It started with one tree but has now spread and I am concerned that it will affect the trees in my garden. The dead trees appear unstable and could possibly fall and cause damage to my boundary fencing.

Light pollution, 25th May
You have closed my complaint about light pollution and said its due to temporary lighting. This is incorrect. This is the lights shining from the the large motorway sign - they appear angled incorrectly causing light seepage.
Your engineer cant be very good if they said it was due to temporary lighting.

Noise, 25th May
When the M20 smart motorway was introduced HIghways England did not replace our existing fencing. The noise now has increased dramatically and Highways Englands seem to suggest they’ve done enough to cover their backs with improving the road surface. This isn’t good enough. Highways England have created 2 extra lanes of motorway and brought it 3 metres closer to our home. It’s not acceptable to put up an enormous acoustic fence to protect Snodland and Leybourne, but to not bother with Ryarsh and the other smaller villages nearby.

Noise increase, 15th April
Ever since the motorway was expanded there has been a significant increase in noise. Only a small broken fence built in the 1970s remains. There needs to be a new large acoustic fence placed here similar to the one near junction 4.
