Cars parking on pavement and on bend which is illegal. Wheelchairs and pushchair have to walk in the road to get by the cars parked on pavement. Vehicles parked on bend hazard. All in Glebe Meadow, Wateringbury Kent.

Ankle deep hole with debris as high as the curb, 9th September
This pot hole has been there for quite awhile and as I’ve been informed from locals and as a result of it not being visable it’s unavoidable and as a result I’ve damaged my vehicle police were called and had to close the road as it was a danger the location is between the smith hill house and the 50mph sign on smith hill lane b2010

Near miss: curved mirror out of alignment and sight lines, 3rd November
Kettle lane junction with Lower Road. Turning into lower road in both directions is hazardous. The photos (captured by Google and no less valid) show the difficult junction. Take a look at aerial photography too.
A near miss was reported yesterday on our local group.
Could the engineers take a look. Improve the mirror alignment and fastenings and check it is fit for purpose. Is this even a KCC mirror. If not , who’s is it.
Could the road have a very temporary out of hours closure for arborists to cut the sight line to the east (or allow residents to do it safely).

Cobbled entrance to Phoenix Drive breaking up, cobbles loose and missing now dangerous, 13th October
Cobbles at entrance to Phoenix Drive Wateringbury have broken up with loose cobbles sticking up, cobbled put to grass when dangerous of come away completely. Large and deep area in centre area. Residents try to keep to one side of area but cannot when cars a parked. Damage to tyre walls of vehicles will happen as too deep so needs emergency repairs. Having reported this and photographed this report to you if my car gets damage passing over this area i will be claiming for any necessary repairs to my car. My car isn’t suitable for ‘off road’ surfaces. Longer night hours make this a bad hazard for cars, cyclists/motorbikes and pedestrians. Main entrance to parking for adjacent school. Help!!! As impassable soon. Issue present and getting worse daily for two months.

HGVs, tipper lorries and overweight/size traffic, 13th January
There are more and more lorries, tipper trucks and traffic not meant to be using the road through Wateringbury. Yesterday a foreign HGV was parked near Phoenix Road, obviously lost, and then 3 tipper lorries drove down the road! Can you improve the signage or put checks in place to deter these lorries? Thank you

Dumpt at the entrance to the Coldrum Long Barrow in St. Vincent’s Lane just of Park Lane opposite the Angle Pub. The rubbish has been there just a few days .

Potholes all the way along the road, 20th January
I e.mailed you months ago about this road and you said it was due to be done but not a priority. Well if this is not a priority I don't know what is. I am going today to video the road and will put it on facebook . The whole road is an absolute disgrace and has never been resurfaced in all the 35years that I have lived here.

Deep pothole or drain on left side of road where floods have been., 26th November
Was coming back from Maidstone to Yalding in twilight and rain about 4.40 p.m. yesterday. Because of oncoming traffic with lights on and the dark, couldn't see what caused the car to drop into a hole, which couldn't have been avoided anyway due to oncoming cars. But the hole is either where the drain on the left is, or a pothole near the drain and is very deep. We thought the springs may have been damaged on the car.
