Flytipping of waste building works, 29th June
A large quntity of building waste, mainly consisting of wood and brick has been left on Highways England owned land by the side of a bridleway in the same position as the last flytipping episode. (FixMyStreet ref: 4328235) You indicated that the area was earmarked for gate/fencing which hasnt happened yet and that is why the flytipping is now becoming a problem. Please could you arrange for its removal. Thank you

Flytipping issue, 7th May
Further to my report in March and your reply on 20th March in which you indicated that the flytipping would be investigated and cleared up. I can confirm that this has not happened and is encouraging further littering. It is a blight on the countryside and I am concerned that it will encourage a further flytipping incident. It is NOT currently obscurung the bridleway & KCC are therefore not involved

Dangerous metal object, 21st January
There is a thick metal object attached to a concrete base that is pretruding at head height into the centre of bridleway KH123A as it joins on to Water lane. The object could potentially cause severe injury to pedestrians or horses as the object is rusty and blends in with the countryside and therefore may not be seen by people or horse riders and cyclists. The area has also been used for flytipping because there is not effective barrier to stop access onto highways England owned land. I have photographic evidence of the object described.

5 inch pothole, 16th March
The pothole damaged my drivers side wheel and burst my tyre on the 9th of March 2018. I had to have the tyre replaced and wheel repaired at a cost of £55. The location of this pothole is Scragged Oak Road Maidstone ME14 England If possible I would like to be reimbursed for the repairs of my wheel and hopefully have the potholes in that lane repaired as soon as possible as it’s my main route to work every day. There are dozens of potholes on this road that I constantly have to avoid and I think the whole road should be assessed and repaired as quite a lot of traffic goes through this route. Many thanks and look forward to hearing from you. Tom Cross

Illegal parking, 23rd September
There are several cars and vans parking on the pavement in Hockers Lane causing pushchairs disabled wheelchairs etc to leave the pavement and go on to the street plus walkers also have to leave the pavement to be able to pass the parked cars. The speeding cars in the Lane prove this to be a dangerous and hazardous activity. I was under the impression it was illegal to park two or more wheels in the pavement.
