The bins in the bin store aren't being emptied. The smell is awful and I've seen rodents and cats ripping open bin bags.
The problem is getting chronic.

Litter everywhere, 20th March
Disgusting amount of litter northbound carriageway between Bobbing and Grovehurst exit. Lane is closed at the moment why not take the opportunity to do a deep clean?

Fallen leaves not collected from roads, 21st February
There are large piles of fallen leaves gathered in the gutters of the roads around Vaughan Drive, Gregory Close and Newman Drive, which represents a skid risk and will clog drains leading to flooding. This has been the case since autumn 2023 despite previous reports

Litter, 23rd January
The whole of the A249 is covered in rubbish, it has been like this for a very long time. Whilst some of the lanes are currently closed would it not be a good idea to clean up this major route? A lot of rubbish seems to come from so called recycling lorries spilling from the top of these vehicles you only have to be behind one of these lorries to see the effect.

Cars driving on and parking on the grass verge causing damage to the verge., 18th December
There used to be a fine for this offence but that has been dropped, it is an offence to mount the kerb. The verge outside my house has only been cut once this year because of this problem, l have been maintaining this verge myself as have other residence because of this unsocial behaviour. The verges are now unsightly and pipes and conduits are being damage with being a gas main.

Significant litter in the verges, 9th December
A249 Sheppey bound between Key Street & Ridham Significant amounts of litter in the verge which could easily be picked whilst the carrigeway is down to 1 lane with a contraflow in place.......!!!

Bushes and brambles need cutting back as it's forcing cyclists and pedestrians onto the same part of the footpath. This is from the roundabout and continues down the hill.

Gravel around crossing island, 18th November
Lots of gravel around the crossing island which needs clearing. This is the second time I have reported this. I have seen school children slip on it when not going across the island. Which is dangerous. Please get this cleaned up

Spotted today in Cremers Road Sittingbourne outside our building on the pedestrian walk way a man hole cover exposed - possible HS risk of trip/slip/fall - pictures attached (15.11.23)

Blocked drains, 30th October
Under the lamp post: EOANOO5 there is a drain system. Originally not enough drains, so builders put another drain in. These drains are connected by flow system, this is totally blocked, it has never been cleaned in the last 11 years
