Blocking pavement, 18th March
This van has been here since Thursday. And we haven't seen any enforcement. The van looks dangerous and it's being held together with sellotape. This council needs to reiterate to these ignorant people who live in those disgusting apartments on Chester Road that you are supposed to be using public transport and to stop dumping your vehicles over here. There are domestic and recycle bins along with flytipping at both ends of Angela Street.....this happens regular and MCC and Biffa only deal with it when I, or others report it....the area is a flytipping hotspot....why isn't it checked and cleaned regularly.....
