No filter to turn right down into Redgate Way before 8am, 9th November
I travel up Plodder Lane from Farnworth, and turn right into Redgate Way to get to work at the hospital. Although what has been happening for a very long time, the green filter to allow traffic to turn right is never in action before 8am in the morning. At some times, I have been in a queue of maybe 25 cars all waiting to turn right, who are then having to go through on red a few cars at a time, which takes forever. As this is a main access road into the hospital, could the green filter light either be permanently active, or at least from around 7am when the traffic is building up and people are trying to get into work for 8am. This is a longstanding issue that is making my commute into work much harder work than it should be. There is always traffic entering this road from Plodder Lane so if the green filter light was active all the time or at least from earlier in the morning, it would make a lot more sense.
