Dangerous parking obscuring view from junction exit, 20th April
This truck or a similar one from the same organisation had been parked here every evening and weekend for at least the last week. The van is parked by a local resident outside of working hours and is not being used in conjunction with any work taking place.
The vehicle is parked on the pavement side of double yellow lines between the junction of Selkirk Road and Whitegate Lane, and the roundabout joining Thompson lane, Eaves lane and Whitegate lane.
The junction of Selkirk Road and Whitegate lane is difficult at the best of times as cars coming down Thompson lane at speed (and often not indicating) make it dangerous, however, with repeated parking such as this on the pavement as shown it completely blocks the view of cars coming down Thompson lane, making it extremely difficult and dangerous to pull out from the junction.

21bins on front of houses (left side as entering Albany Street), 16th April
This isn’t the first time this complaint has been raised. There are 21 bins outside 6 terraced houses which is an eye sore. They have access to back gardens so why can they not be put back there and brought out on bin day. If I want to sell my house this is off putting. No need for them to be in show when they can put them round the back. There was talks of a bin shed on land next to houses but this never emerged. We put our bins away in our gardens so why can’t they move there’s. Makes the street a disgrace - bad enough with rubbish on street without this. Please can you look in to this as a matter of urgency. This is an ongoing issue - as said above it’s been reported before.

No road markings, 16th April
There are no road markings on this road. At school times this road gets very busy with cars and pedestrians, there have been many occasions where cars have pulled out due to the lack of lines on the road. This has a potential of causing a serious accident.
