The drain cover is no longer seated in the road due to the road surface degrading abd consequently every vehicle that passes over it causes a loud clicking noise., 25th April
This part of Church Road Ivinghoe is very busy indeed including passage of large lorries through the village. The noise is very disturbing especially at night. The drain cover is situated outside Church Cottage but the noise can be heard from quite a distance. NB. Neighbours report that a similar drain cover in Marsworth Road recently ‘flipped’ to be vertical in the road when it had this problem as it is loose in its setting.

Cheddington Road by junction with Crispin Field, 24th April
Resident reports visibility issues exiting at this junction caused by parking too close to the junction, which is being caused by the 'keep clear' road markings on either side of the junction (especially outside the terraced properties) eroding away and it is now being parked on top of. Can you please carry out site visit and arrange re-instatement of the road markings.

Church Rd, Ivinghoe., 19th April
The state of Church Rd, Ivinghoe is terrible the speed bumps are disintegrating and the road surface is riddled with potholes. This is causing damage to cars, (I've had numerous windscreen chips for loose stones) The state of this road will only get worse with the increased traffic bought about by the opening of the new childcare facility. Church Rd has been like this for years, and leads me to think locals have petitioned to it like this as an alternative traffic calming measure.

Report number: M5723773, 14th April
I understand that a job has been raised to repair this problem. Two potholes in Station Road, Ivinghoe have been repaired, but the pothole and broken manhole cover which this report concerns remain unattended to. Every vehicle driving over the manhole cover causes an increasingly intrusive clanking noise, both day and night. Please could the manhole be repaired or completely removed as soon as possible?
