Top of side road on Dickens Lane, 27th April
Series of huge potholes - made even worse by the white van YK14 WHL that has been parked there constantly for over 8 months - instead of on their own driveway. Potholes have never been this bad, or reoccured so frequently before this van was parked there. It has reduced the area of highway available for safe travel down the lane.

Thorn Road, 20th April
For the last year there are always Lorries and Vans parked on the pavement including now a dumped trailer. This is really dangerous for anyone using the pathway because the entire pavement is being taken up and used as a lorry park. Pedestrians have to go onto the road to avoid them. You need to do something about this before someone is injured

Dickens Lane - before turning to Woodpecker Barn, Old Granstore, Old Stables and Partridge Barn, 7th April

Thorn turn/ thorn road, 2nd April
Once again HGV’s are parking fully on the pavement meaning pedestrians have to walk on the highway. It is incredibly dangerous. Highways in the council haven’t responded so hopefully this will work again?

The pothole is on the small access road to 109 tilsworth road Stanbridge, just before the Tilsworth sign. There are several other holes along the crack, 23rd March
This is the deepest pothole which has been present for over two years but has become worse this winter. There are several along the crack.

All the way down dickens lane the surface is full of cracks and potholes, 21st March
The whole lane is broken up and full of potholes the kerb is broken down this is all due to large lorries 12 plus wheelers going up on the kerbs and down to business further down the lane, the road is not suitable for these lorries , therefore the surface is getting broken up it’s a complete mess

Drain on path outside no 2 Mill Road, Stanbridge, 12th March
Here we go again, I have today written to Andrew Salous MP after repeated reporting this problem to you and getting no satisfactory response or solution. It seems as though you are either unwilling or incapable of managing your investigation team or in fact looking at the issues yourself so the time has come to escalate this issue. Since November 2023 I have reported that the drain outside 2 Mill Road Stanbridge has been overflowing and provided evidence, however every time I do all I get back is “investigated case closed” I have asked you to contact me but you seem reluctant to do so. Today the last case was closed again so I took photos again this morning showing that it is still overflowing. Are you that incompetent or do you really believe that there is no problem, I’m sure Andrew will be in touch and I hope it goes to your management team to see how incredibly incompetent you really are
