I actually went over the pothole outside 32a this evening and I'm sure it's damaged my wheel!!! You need to come and look at how deep this pothole is as any wheel can now be damaged going over this. The issue has now been reported for months so not sure why this is taking so long to repair?

Across the entire estate, 23rd April
Residents report drains are blocked which would create pools of water in heavy rain. Neighbourhood Manager (Peabody) has also noted that the drains on the entire estate would require inspection and un-blocking to remove build up of detritus and litter. I would be grateful please if you would provide information of action taken to address this matter, as residents regularly complain to Peabody for resolution. The top half of the lamp post was removed some time ago and never replaced. There is no lighting in the carpark at all.

There are two lamps that do not activate at night at the back of the car park, 22nd April
The two lamps are inactive at night; one is right outside the Yum Yum cafe and is nearly covered by a tree, the other is the next one along. This makes the car park very dark and intimidating when returning to your cark late at night
