Directly opposite 80 Katherine Drive., 3rd May
I have previously reported an issue with vehicles parking on the pavement on Katherine Drive LU5 4NU just before Lockington Cres that is extremely dangerous and blocks the view of vehicles pulling out of Lockington Crescent onto Katherine and more importantly for the many children that cross Katherine drive at this location to get to local schools. When at the junction of Lockington Crescent waiting to pull onto Katherine Drive in my vehicle, I recently took the photos I’ve attached to this message. You simply cannot see vehicles coming towards you that are coming down Katherine Drive so it’s extremely difficult and dangerous trying to pull out of the Lockington Cresecent. Can anything be done about this please? I believe that it’s only a matter of time before we have a major accident at this junction or a school child is hit by a car coming down Katherine drive as they can’t see when crossing at this location. Please can someone look into this as a matter of urgency. Could bollards be erected on the area where the van is parked so that you can’t park there or get up on the pavement. The van is not the only vehicle that parks there on a daily basis, but this was the only vehicle there at the time I captured the picture. There are usually 2 vans and at least one car parked up on the pavement at this junction. Can a parking enforcement officer be deployed over a 2-3 day period to issue tickets to these vehicles in an attempt to prevent them parking there on a daily basis? I do believe that cars are not legally allowed to park there. This issue has been a concern of mine for a good 5 years and I have previously reported it but I’ve never had anyone contact me with any feedback or a plan of action.

On tavistock street/ entrance to sidings way, 2nd May
Drain is loose and makes noise when cars go over it which has been like this for over 3 months now. Living on the ground floor and our bedrooms right by the road it’s extremely loud and annoying- it has been fixed before but obviously has come loose again. Are you able to fix this again please?

Column has no number, but is on footpath at back of Lime Trees Academy, 2nd May
The light is completely obscured by the overhanging tree coming from the school grounds. The light has no number on it. It does not belong to the school, nor is it Town Council. It is extremely dark here at night, and dangerous as the footpath is in a dreadful condition due to tree roots from the trees from the school. It's an accident waiting to happen.

Junction of Lovers Walk and Richard Street Dunstable, 2nd May
Manhole cover on corner of Lovers Walk and Richard Street Dunstable sinking in taking pavement kerb and road surface with it. Made worse by construction work on opposite corner and builders encroaching on road in breach of planning consent causing vehicles to have to mount the pavement to negotiate the corner. Urgent attention required.

This tree causes so many issues, leaves all around and not cleared causing risk to people walking, mainly elderly and disabled living in this area Saplins falling on cars and gardens which are then walked in to homes, Conkers falling and risk to car damage, then crushed causing further mess The tree is too high and a potential risk to the public , properties of broken branches falling, blocks out sunlight too big for this area now,
