Chiltern Green Road LU2 9PW, 3rd April
I reported the street light not working 4/5 mths ago. I get a report back saying the light has been fixed…it hasn’t. I report the fault again & I get a further report saying the light has been fixed (lantern ??), it hasn’t. Plse attend, review & fix the light, thank you.

Pothole that is getting bigger by the day. Is again going to cause damage to vehicles or cause major accident if not seen by drivers. Hole is foot deep and at least a foot wide. I’d fix it soon before something happens

Large pothole on single track lane, 8th March
The pothole is on a single track lane and there is virtually. no room to drive around it It needs to be fixed ASAP to avoid damage to peoples tyres or the side of their cars as they have to brush past a hedge to avoid it.

Nearly opposite the Gas pumping station entrance. I to upload a closer picture, but it was taking too long. This is in the middle of one of the repaired areas only done two weeks ago. You can see the grass in the hole !! I presume that the repairs should last more than a week. Also, more serious is the junction of Chiltern Green Road & the Lower Harpenden Road. Again, this area was barriered off for 4 weeks with traffic light control. It is again very dangerous & needed extending anyway, 7th March
This are holes in the middle of the newly repaired section. Done only two weeks ago. Also you need to seriously look at the area recently repaired by the crossroads on the Lower Harpenden Road & Chiltern Green road junction. It is seriously breaking up again. You might recall that thbis was barriered off with traffic light control. It is shocking again. These repairs have obviously been rished & are of very poor quality, but I presume that there is some warranty in place

There has been recent road maintenance. Two of the drains are blocked & need to be emptied. This is a notorious spot for flooding. Further, the location is on a bend in the road.

Side of road falling away, 28th February
Side of the road is disintegrating. This is an issue for a large portion of this road by the sewage works. Also several pot holes throughout. The road recent had work done to it but it now seems to be in worse condition. After the work on the road it also appears more susceptible to flooding.
