Footbridge closed for almost 18 months, 4th May
Hi there I live in an apartment overlooking regents canal and the footbridge which i used to use to get to and from work. It was ‘temporarily’ closed in the beginning of 2023 and has not reopened almost half way through 2024. My view of the canal has been completely blocked out this entire time and also added extra time to my commute to work. This issue needs to be resolved as there has been no work on this bridge for countless months and without explanation to residents.

Lumley Street dockless ebikes, escoots, on pavement, 4th May
Ebikes & escooters in vehicle parking bays and in the dockless parking bay were blocking deliveries access. Therefore they were all moved and put on the pavement. Stayed on pavement all night. Still on pavement 11.45am next day Sat 4 May.

I can see that there are other residences of Hay's Mews reporting the same problem repeatedly. My previous unanswered reports have been CAS-1015519-J9W9X2, CAS-961960-H4V2F0, CAS-948936-X8J6G9, CAS-983446-R6H1J9. As you clearly show no interest in even responding to this problem then I assume you take responsibility over potential problems - traffic related or criminal - arrising from failure of street light

Light nuisance coming from light fixed to outside of 22 Hanson Street, 3rd May
There is an LED floodlight fixed to Dunster House, 22 Hanson Street, on the building to the right of the entry doors. It shines directly into my sitting room. The photos were taken in my sitting room on 2 May 2024 at night. The bright wall photo is how brightly the floodlight illuminates my sitting room, unless I close the shutters. It's so bright that it hurts the eyes to look out the window. The light is not needed, as there is no video phone and the street has sufficient streetlights. Please ask the managing company (I believe it is Westminster Council housing) to remove it.

Public pavement blocked by over growth tree on private terrace, 3rd May
SE corner of George Street / Cumberland Place. Property may belong to 65 Cumberland Place.
Tree in terrace on (southern side) of George Street, are now over grown: 1) branches partially blocking public access to pavement. 2) only a child can walk under branches. 3) adults have to bend over to avoid branches or walk around on to road.
Could you please ask the owners to pare/prune, so clear access to public pavement is reinstated.
