FIXMYSTREET IN W10 5RS
The following problems have been reported on Fix My Street within 2 miles of W10 5RS:
College Road/ Liddell Gardens opposite L’Angolo, 16th May
This bin is becoming a huge problem. It is regularly raided by foxes overnight and then the rubbish left scattered all over the road, including bags of dog poo and rotting food. Today the rubbish has remained there all day, despite a few other complaints on here. The window in the picture behind the bin is my 4yr old daughter’s bedroom. We saw a rat on this junction today, and are now worried they will take up shop. This bin has also attracted fly tipping. I request that the bin be removed altogether.

Dumped garden vegetation in the parking bay, 16th May
Dumped garden vegetation in the parking bay. Another day another dump. This spot has flytipping every week. Surely it’s beyond the time that WCC fits hidden or visible cameras to catch offenders. A small anti flytipping sign isn’t going to cut it. Can cctv from local shops help here? Surely the people who dumped this garden / green vegetation should be caught

Fermoy Road surface trip hazard, 16th May
Can’t cross the road without getting the tips of my shoes stuck in the deep cracks in the road. The cracks fill up with water and the road is hard to cross too, because of that. I’m worried someone will trip here (and have reported it before). A big worry is child tripping or falling and cutting themselves on the sharp edges in the road surface

1 Hansel Road, Chase house, 16th May
Rubbish dumped at Chase house entrance and on Chase house rubbish bin room in the corner with Carlton Vale. Building managers L&Q says the problem is in the street so won’t be picking up the rubbish, despite the bin room door being jammed forcing anti social behaviour by some neighbours leaving rubbish out side. Risk of pests and infections.

Hazel Road - children's playground side, 16th May
Whole area is a real problem. As well as general litter everywhere, there's lots of alcohol bottles and cans. Brent - could you please spend some money on this area with a solution (more bins, crackdown on drinking groups etc), rather than just picking up the litter every few weeks (when asked).

Garden fence-56 Rainham Road, 16th May
I couldn't see the right option in the list but this portion of the pavement is wholly obstructed by the dangerous falling fence. Looking at the site from the other side there is a large hole so presumably it is not underpinned. Someone could be badly hurt especially as Pedestrians must cross onto the road here. Who owns this plot? Urgent work required to simply make it safe and thorough investigation required.
