Inconsiderate parking, 6th May
The gap between these vans is too narrow. I couldn't get through when coming along Ashridge. Lucky I'm not an emergency vehicle responding to a blue light call. The parking on this junction with Leamington Avenue is frequently tight, causing it to be blind to oncoming traffic.

Rubbish for a month, 6th May
Dear Merton Council Environmental Services,
I am writing to report a persistent waste disposal issue that has been affecting our area for over a month. There has been a continuous accumulation of rubbish that has not been properly addressed despite my attempts to resolve the issue directly with them a few weeks ago.
The situation has not only become an eyesore but also poses potential health and safety risks. Additionally, other neighbors have expressed their concerns regarding this matter. We feel that the current state of our environment has deteriorated, diminishing the quality of life for all residents involved.
Given the duration and severity of this problem, we kindly request the council's immediate intervention to address this waste issue. We would appreciate if a cleanup operation could be organized at the earliest to help restore the cleanliness and safety of our neighborhood.
Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter. I look forward to your prompt response and action to rectify this situation.

Litter on the pavment, 6th May
When they came and collected the rubbish, a bag had probably opened, and they left everything on the floor and left. It's a disgrace with the council tax I pay to see this happening in 2024. So disappointed!

Litter on the street that suggests to emanate from the bins belonging to Wandle flats, 5th May
This is an ongoing problem due to the poor tidiness of the bins at the Wandle flats. Please look at the bins and see that's they are overflowing.
The rubbish spills over into the street and into the pavement. Several of the residents (not living at Wandle flats) often pick up this rubbish. Please help chest this up and ideally stop this recurring problem.

Your binmen moved our plnter to a new location without permission, 5th May
I've already reported this and you closed the matter without resolving it. A few weeks ago, the binmen moved our heavy new planter to the left hand sude of the opening to the bin area, instead of simply wheeling the bins out. This is a daft thing to do as it simply changes creates the same problem on the other sie of the bin area. Please can you ask them to move it back to the right had side. Its TOO HEAVY for any of us to move back into place. We put the planters there at great personal expense, deliberately to screen the bins and stop abuse by the general public. Now that the bin men have moved the planter, the bins are open to the public view again. You closed this two weeks ago without resolving the issue, which just wastes everyone's time.
