There is a continual problem with fly tipping on the public footpath. We have erected signs to try and deter but the problem is getting worse. Please investigate urgently.

15/1/24 around 7pm no lighting on Spencer Hse steps, 14th May
I had a very bad fall, well trip really (see one of pics) as there's a ledge at the eastern end of the steps which was not visible in the dark. This was very dangerous as it was not lit at all. I only recently went back to the area and took photos but it was not dark so Ive no idea whether the lighting is fixed or better. - I suspect not. But this is really dangerous and needs checking and rectifying.
