Rubbish not collected withing given timeframe, 28th April
As per photo , tenants of the flats are required to leave their rubbish outside withing the timeframe given ( photo) Yet, they are never collected till following day or after the weekend. How does it work then , how we are supposed to dispose out rubbish? I've asked If we can get the bins, request was refused as council does not provide the bins for the flats. Interestingly, few numbers further flats have sets of bins in front of their houses. Surely that would avoid spreading mess by foxes if collection is missed. Now, we, the tenants who always sweep and clean this messy corner need to report themselves for the rubbish to be collected and to avoid the fine that was once already issued not for fly tipping as stated but for rubbish still being on the street as the collection as usual failed

Takes parking space for 4 cars, 27th April
The owner of both these cars takes the parking space for 4 vehicles. We are unable to park our vehicles on this street due to the parking space being limited. It is very unfair to the neighbours we do not own very large vehicles and it is public parking space. This problem has been going on for 6 months now and when we have informed them they are very rude and have said they own the space outside their residence and no one is allowed to say anything to them.
