On the public footpath/grass verge in front of 59 Malvern Close, 8th May
The residents of number 59 Malvern Close dumped their bags of rubbish including old carpet over three weeks ago, I assume thinking it would be taken by refuse collectors. It’s now just sitting there, they should be made to dispose of it or make arrangements for it to be cleared. It’s an eyesore and health hazard
