There is a large size abandoned damaged furniture on the pavement along 102 Eltham Green Rd/Jeken Rd property. The property is also in a very poor state on the outside, wooden fence is very damaged and there are heaps of waste in the overgrown garden, front, side and rear. Hole in the internal wall plasterboard could also be seen via front door left open. If this is council property the action should be taken regarding its upkeep.
