Deserted campsite, 26th April
For some years there has been an informal campsite on the grassed area towards the top of Point Hill used mainly by East Europeans. It has never presented a problem. For reasons unknown the people have left and the site has been trashed today and left behind in an awful mess of tents, bedding, cooking equipment etc. I fear that unless it is attended to quickly and cleared, it will become a dumping area with attendant hygiene problems.

Citrus house entire communal lighting out, 25th April
The entire communal building and emergency stairs lighting of citrus house has been out for three to four weeks. I reported this to our office hours service on Monday 15th April... It's now the 25th and still the timer switch has not been seen too. It's black on the stairwells and a big healthy and safety issue.

Abandoned van blocking barrier, 24th April
Can abandoned over 4 weeks ago. Owner has returned several times but has not moved it. Suspect it has broken down & unable to start it. On Sunday 21st of April vagrants were in the car and appeared to be doing drugs. The van is blocking the barrier & would prevent the barrier opening in the event of an emergency.
