Large bins not in bin room provided, 30th April
The bins are on the pavement permanently. They have not been returned to the bin room after emptying for 3 months. The picture attached is day 2 . Yesterday's picture was day 1. See how the rubbish is starting to get onto the pavement. I will send pictures every day.

Huge bins not put back in the bin room, 29th April
In these pictures you can see the bins have been emptied. When full ,residents leave rubbish around them which spreads down the whole street. These bins are supposed to be inside the designated bin room which is seen in the picture. Why aren't they??

Whole Carter street needs litter picking, 29th April
As usual the bin collection is not frequent enough and there is not a sufficient provision of recycling. As a result bin bags overflow the bins. Foxes have shredded the bags and the whole of Carter street is covered in litter.
In addition there has been fly tipping of mattresses and fur urgently at a number of the bins which also needs to be collected.
