Broken drain cover., 23rd April
The drain cover is missing and broken in half. At this point, the opening is large enough to accommodate an entire foot. Additionally, almost an entire automobile tyre falls through it. Vehicles, including mine, frequently pass this drain when parking. I want to prevent an instance where a car wheel falls into a drain and damages the vehicle.

Broken pavement on Milton Road near junction with St James’s Road, 22nd April
The pavement has been broken for a few weeks and a sizeable piece of concrete has worked loose. The broken pavement is at the very top corner of Milton Road just off St James’s Road, by the nursing home and opposite Allcorn Chemist.

Illegal parking, 22nd April
My neighbour keeps parking in the middle of the road at the end of a cup de sac. This blocks access to my garage as well as the neighbour opposite and makes it very difficult for any vehicles to turn around. She parked there at 6.00 ppm last night and iis still there as 12 this afternoon. Have repeatedly asked her not to park here but requests are ignored. Would appreciate any advice on how to manage the situation.

Incorrect road/floor markings, 21st April
4houses have paid for dropped curb and along the front it has been put a yellow line instead of a white line like other boroughs and even in Croydon.
A dropped curb should have a white line.
When we have guests over they have received fines for parking in front of the house.

Tactile cones not working, 16th April
The tactile cones on two of the crossings on the junction with George St on top of the underpass are not working. One is from the central island to Wagamama and the other is from Popeyes restaurant to the central island. There is not audible signal at these crossings due to the layout therefore people with sight and dual sensory loss relay on the cones to undertake a safe road crossing. There is a level of danger and risk to those with sight and dual sensory loss when using these crossings. I would recommend that they are repaired to make the crossings accessible.

The pavement seems to have dropped an inch from section still attached to bridge. South Norwood High Street by Goat House Bridge railway side. Time, not sure exactly, became aware about a week ago
