Dog fool from building balcony, 10th May
Hello,
In my building on 1 st floor there are neighbours who had 2 dogs and their dogs doing foul from balcony to ground floor. This problem exist a year already i personally report to my building management many times but nothing changed. Today i was going to home with my child in wheelchair and suddenly dog start doing a pooh just on our heads. I was quick and avoided to get it on my childs head.
Owner then came out from balcony and dropped a water from balcony to wash it out.
Please assist and take appropriate measures to stop it finally!

Sunken Paving cobble stone, 10th May
1x cobble stone has again sunk, this was repaired in January 2023 following a Thames Water burst pipe along with other slabs but this has again sunk. This is causing a trip hazard as it is directly outside a fire escape route.

Daily and constant rubbish, urine, graffiti, rough sleeper, 10th May
The stairs from the bridge down to the lower road level are constantly filled with rubbish. The walls are covered in graffiti. There is a rough sleeper. There is a strong smell of urine every day. It just seems like this stair is forgotten even though many people walk through it daily. It's strange to find a place in such a state in an area like Westminster

Extremely noisy truck using Stafford Place as a stopping point last half hour, 10th May
Engine running, so loud impossible to hear anything else, 30+ minutes, metres from our building. Is there no end to the lack of consideration on the part of construction vehicles that we have had to put up with for years? Can they at least turn off their engines while waiting.

Mechanic permanently using five free parking spaces, 9th May
There is a car repair business permanently taking up four free parking spots on Dartford Street - one with XL sized truck - for the past three months. Residents’ family and friends, business visitors etc can never use the spaces. The cars are on jacks and create a serious risk of bodily harm to residents and the people his employees.
