Various household item, 8th May
All these items were left behind by the tenants moving from th flats adjacent to where this mess has been left. They stated that the landlord was aware and had contact the council but all their fly tipping remains, blocking entry points to and from Banstead street, causing the street to look an absolute mess, encouraging more fly tipping and proving a breading ground for vermin and foxes. We residence should not have to live like this, it is disgusting. In the space of a few months we have reported so much fly tipping that we are now sending all the images to our local MP and media outlets. Whilst you do remove. the waste it can be there until we report it. You refuse to post any warning signs and police the area. Its unacceptable and we should be expected to live like this.

Olu hair salon fly tipping on our property, 8th May
The issue we have is that a property (Olu Hair Stylist, 203 Rye Lane) backing onto our communal courtyard has been dumping rubbish, including bikes, old salon chairs and broken doors, among other pieces which are an eyesore and against the terms of the lease. Secondly they have been discharging chemical waste into our courtyard which is causing drains to overfill damaging property including the astro turf and creating a bad smell. We have contacted the owner at Olu Hair Stylist to ask that they remove the offending items, and put measures in place to reduce discharge of chemicals, but have been unsuccessful in getting them to agree to this. We are seeking your advice as to the correct next steps to ensure that can again enjoy the use of our courtyard as per the terms of our lease, as we see this as anti-social behaviour under Category three, litter, rubbish, flytipping, and we are also concerned from a health and safety perspective regarding the chemical discharge.

Why only remove the chairs and not the items next to them, the paint and plant pot? Now the paint pot has been kicked down the road and may spill onto the pavement. Bafflement
