Hello again, 3rd May
As I’ve said in the last reports, people are dumping here DAILY!
The flats have no bins so residents put their rubbish there and the charity shop donations end up being piled on top. Along with M&S or other shops adding the the pile.

Abandoned car, 2nd May
This car has been dumped here for over a year! It is parked in the emergency access road that runs behind number 21 - 25 rsmeralda Road, se1 5rj. Entry can be gained via the slip way between 25-27 esmeralda rd This car has two broken windows and is worry to local residents who who could become victims of antisocial behaviour. This car also ristricts entry and exit to local residents property.

Has been here since December 2023. It's been reported multiple times, has been getting loads of parking tickets and nothing has been done. It's partly blocking the road, taking up a parking space, and making it really difficult to get into the space behind it. Why can't it just be removed?

Loose Paving Slabs - Outside Sharpley Court, 1st May
Many loose slabs are along Pocock Street outside Sharpley Court, which is a health and safety hazard. I have previously reported loose paving slabs on Rushworth Street, which have still not been replaced. The paving in this area is terrible. It seems like the council will do nothing until someone gets hurt.
