Rubbish Strewn from Bin Store, 26th April
Rubbish is strewn from a Bin Store that is not locked, so the homeless use it to defecate and leave needles on the floor. So the residents throw their rubbish on the floor and not daring to enter or placing the rubbish bags in the large bins. The rubbish collectors cannot get access and the problem escalates as time goes on. This is also attracting Rats and Foxes who riffle through the rubbish. Found soiled pants and bras this morning in the middle of the road, along with food. Disease and contagion will occur and this street is next to the Globe Academy School where children like to play after school.

Architectural Lighting on the railway arches shines up into the flats above all night long., 25th April
The lights along the railway arches shine up from the floor into the bedrooms of the houses above and seem to serve no practical function as there are also street lamps.
Even if they had a value, I'd suggest this needs to change so that people don't the issue of hot evenings and having light pollution.
