Fly tipping 1 Horn park lane, 14th May
I personally seen the residents of Number 1 Horn Park Close dumping all the dirty mattresses around the corner of Lilian Barker Close.
I've told them that they are literally flytiping and that they should call the council for collection, they've removed them for one day and then dumped the mattresses and chairs back in the same spot.

Bins kept permanently on street 24/7 overflowing with rubbish and infested with stray cats and rats, 14th May
These bins are left on street by the owner all day, every day and have missing lids or lids left open and rubbish overflowing which blows around the street/into my house opposite. They are piled high with rubbish and attract stray cats and rats which are always feeding in and around them.
