This pictures shows the constant state of the neighbour's terrace. There is always a lot of poo. We can't use our terrace, can't sit outside, there are insects, can open the windows... There is something in front of their door as well. Rubbish or something else. This must be fire safety issue. I reported the terrace issue several times over the year, no change.

Dumped general household waste bags, 5th May
Several of the tenants from 25-31 Trinity Street are continuously dumping rubbish bags on the floor and not in the bins provided, this is a serious health hazard with the rubbish frequently attracting rats, mice and foxes.

Swing frame detached from the floor - Dangerous Health & Safety, 4th May
On Rodney Road Estate in the park, the middle of the frame for the swings has wholly detached from the ground at the front and back, and the entire frame is wobbling. This is very dangerous and needs to be addressed ASAP. It needs to be taped off until repaired; children are there daily.

Abandoned car, 2nd May
This car has been dumped here for over a year! It is parked in the emergency access road that runs behind number 21 - 25 rsmeralda Road, se1 5rj. Entry can be gained via the slip way between 25-27 esmeralda rd This car has two broken windows and is worry to local residents who who could become victims of antisocial behaviour. This car also ristricts entry and exit to local residents property.

There is a pile of very unpleasant poo in the corner of the doorstep at 79 Bermondsey St. Health hazard and I do sympathise with anyone having to clean it up but I dont have the correct equipment for this.
