This "virtual bay" has a capacity of eight bikes. The number of bikes regularly parked on the pavement exceeds 20. As part of the pavement is cordoned off, pedestrians are forced to walk in single file. This is a very busy area. In my view, the virtual bay should be suspended until the relevant building works are finished.

Abandoned Car in Edison House, 15th May
A car has been abandoned in the estate of EDISON HOUSE, SE1 6UA. It has been unmoved now for several months and its not even parked in the bay properly. This is causing an obstruction to the entrance to the estate and other cars parking opposite it. No one has been in it or near it. Its position has not changed for several months.
