Overgrown grass outside both properties. Everyone elses grass has been cut except these two. The workers have left ours out! Almost knee height and going out of control. Please sort this out

Falling tree in Fryent Country Park behind 247 Salmon Street, 30th April
There is a very large tree right next to our garden fence that is at high risk of falling. The tree is half dead, with most of its branches having already fallen off. It is leaning to one side, and we are worried that it will eventually fall over onto our outhouse or our neighbor's outhouse. The pictures show that many branches have fallen off in the past year. Could you please look into this?
