Near the entrance to the Morrison's car park, 29th April
This has been going on for more than one year and half. Morrisons left a bin there and it has become a prime site for fly-tipping.
You keep claiming that this is not council grounds but it is the middle of the street, it clearly is. You are just avoiding responsibility. People are just pushing garbage from the street into that stop all the time. The council state next to it is also a massive contributor. The council state bins are typically full and people use this as "backup".

In front of the M&S shop in Mill Hill - it’s unsafe to walk and it’s constantly flooded with water this is unacceptable, 29th April
I am writing to report a recurring issue on the pavement where sewage water and a strong odor are emanating from a compartment beneath the gully drain. This leakage results in significant water accumulation on the road, creating an obstruction and forcing pedestrians to detour around the affected area. I urge prompt action to address this sanitation hazard to Barnet Councile and restore safe, clean passage for our residents as this has been like this for a long time and nobody is doing anything to fix the problem.
