Silk stream river pipe pilled up with debris, 1st May
The foot bridge in the park crossing on The Greenway road has a large build up of debris cause of rain. It's pilled up high onto the pipes and only a meter gap for water to flow pass.
To avoid flooding of river cause of the debris buildup please can it be cleared?

This road has not been checked for a long time now. Council repaired the road many years back. There are lots of potholes and when it rains the water floods on the road as you can see in the pictures. Disabled people, families with babies and kids are struggling to use the road as it is very unsafe. It is very unsafe for my husband as he is disabled as we are not able to take his wheelchair on this road. Can you please check and take the necessary action so the residents can use the road safely. Thank you.

Hay Lane immediately as you turn off the A5 by side entrance of Unit 5, Watling Gate, 29, 29th April
Deep pothole - 6" depth x 8" wide 12" long. It is almost impossible not to hit this hole when turning left into Haye Lane from A5. Steering wheel automatically pulls towards the pavement. A cyclist could be killed especially if filled with rain. Pedestrian hazard for partially sighted. Very dangerous.

In front of the M&S shop in Mill Hill - it’s unsafe to walk and it’s constantly flooded with water this is unacceptable, 29th April
I am writing to report a recurring issue on the pavement where sewage water and a strong odor are emanating from a compartment beneath the gully drain. This leakage results in significant water accumulation on the road, creating an obstruction and forcing pedestrians to detour around the affected area. I urge prompt action to address this sanitation hazard to Barnet Councile and restore safe, clean passage for our residents as this has been like this for a long time and nobody is doing anything to fix the problem.

Close to BT green box, 24th April
It happens now almost on daily basis. People around the area are using this place to throw away pretty much every thing. A constant mess around our flats entrance.
