Drains meant to have been cleaned 14/5/24, 16th May
Drains were meant to have been cleaned for the whole rd & werent . They are often foul smelling opposite 32/30 pls explain why cleaning did not take place & organised for it to be done .

Drains were not cleaned on May 14 despite that being scheduled, 16th May
The council scheduled drain cleaning on Clifton Hill (both east and west of Abbey Road) for May 14 but no residents saw drains being cleaned that day. Drains on this street are blocked- there is smell coming from drains at top of road near Loudon Rd. Also in July 2021, the drains on Clifton Hill did not function and caused flooding in several houses. In 2023 , no one came to clean the drains on the scheduled date and I was told by the council the drain cleaning was rescheduled but despite a few follow up emails I sent to the council enquiring to whether they were ever actually cleaned, I never received an email from the council confirming that they were cleaned. Maybe the council subcontracts this work and the subcontractor doesn’t perform? Please reschedule the 2024 drains cleaning for as soon as possible to prevent flooding and eliminate the foul odor. Thank you.

Near west end mansions entrance, 15th May
I reported the missing bollard a few times now and many months ago. However, yesterday someone did come to fix a bollard but it wasnt the one that I reported. The one I asked to be looked at is causing an issue for residents as it keeps getting pushed along either in front of our block or onto the road.

Gap forming around BT manhole cover, 14th May
A gap is starting to appear around the BT manhole cover outside 100 Gloucester Ave NW1. Looks like it’s quite a big cavity so could this please be repaired before it gets any worse and becomes a safety issue. Thanks.

Speed hump on Avenue Road before the junction with Elseworthy Road + speed hump further down Avenue Road, before the junction with Acacia Road, 14th May
The two mentioned speed humps are defective and have been for a while. The tarmac is old and worn out with the result that the vehicle first "sinks" on the tarmac before the upward incline of the speed humps (when driving south towards Regent's Park). The net result is that any car with relatively low clearance will hit the underside of the vehicle on the hump, unless it is completely stationary. Both speed humps need to be repaired/re-tarmacked as a matter of urgency as it is causing damage to my and countless other vehicles daily.

Outside 104 Mill Lane NW6, 13th May
As previously reported. the problem has not been fixed. Leaving a couple of bollards and a barrier that falls down within hours every time, is not fixing the problem. The landlord need to remove the offending pipe work. This has been ongoing for years but until the Landlord is made to fix it properly they wont spend the money. They made a fortune converting a good retail premise in to a poor quality residential unit, spending as little as possible. At least have the decency to finish the job properly and not leave a trip hazard and an eye sore for the neighbours.

Outside garage door of 26 Burgess Hill (on Ranulf Road next to Camden boundary), 12th May
This drain is blocked. A bathroom and toilet in my house discharges into it and is now backing up into my garage. I have tried to unblock it with drain rods but the amount of leaves and other debris is too great to be able to do this without specialist equipment. I would appreciate you sending someone ASAP. While they are here, could they please also check / clear the drain outside my house (26 Burgess Hill) by the corner of Ranulf Road. This looks as if a similar problem is about to occur which would cause significantly greater damage to my property.
