Outside garage door of 26 Burgess Hill (on Ranulf Road next to Camden boundary), 12th May
This drain is blocked. A bathroom and toilet in my house discharges into it and is now backing up into my garage. I have tried to unblock it with drain rods but the amount of leaves and other debris is too great to be able to do this without specialist equipment. I would appreciate you sending someone ASAP. While they are here, could they please also check / clear the drain outside my house (26 Burgess Hill) by the corner of Ranulf Road. This looks as if a similar problem is about to occur which would cause significantly greater damage to my property.

Constant flytipping and Rat infestation, 11th May
I have been diligently addressing the issue of illegal dumping, which occurs on a monthly basis at least four times. This is now the final straw.On Wednesday, my neighbor sent me a message with a photo showing a mattress, chairs, and other items left half in the alleyway and half on the road. It appears that people are assuming I dumped these items there, which is definitely not the case. I am frustrated by the continual use of this area as a dumping ground, and I am aware that the waste is originating from properties in Clifton Gardens. The exact location of the fly tipping is the alleyway between Barnards optician and 56 Clifton Gardens. The issue has persisted for more than five years. Despite lodging complaints with the council on two separate occasions, I have yet to receive any acknowledgment. I am currently working to secure this area and strategising the most effective way to do so. However, I am displeased with the prospect of having to spend money to dispose of other people's waste. This is not my responsibility, but rather the responsibility of the Barnet Council.
I have observed rats in the garden behind my house, and have spoken with neighbors who are also experiencing issues with these pests. I have consistently maintained the cleanliness and accessibility of the alleyway to prevent it from becoming a breeding ground for rats. The presence of rubbish, mattresses, and other items in this area is likely to attract and harbour rats. This of course will be detrimental and expensive to me and to the surrounding houses.

Just outside dealership, shortly after junction of A5 Northbound and Humber Road., 11th May
For some time now, the fencing barrier that prevents pedestrians crossing this dangerous section of the A5 has had more and more damage subjected to it, presumably by strong winds, or pedestrians trying to climb over it/through any gaps.
I've finally taken some pictures to properly show what the issue is, but it is most visible if driving on the actual road, as you'll see just how far the fence is now leaning into the road, creating a significant hazard.
You'll notice a wreath/candle placed there, suggesting someone may have been hurt here.
Its not clear as to whether this falls under Brent's, Barnet's or TFL's responsibility. Some have said it is Barnet, but I actually think it is TFL, and I phoned them around a year ago to report this, and nothing had been done.
Its quite alarming to think that a hazard such as this has been allowed to be present for this long, motorcycle users especially may swerve to avoid it if they don't anticipate how much it is leaning into the road.
Please take urgent action to rectify the matter and repair the fence.
