Issue is, As evident from the attached pictures, the store owners have taken drastic measures by completely restricting access to the entrance of our building. They have positioned their goods for sale directly in front of the entrance door, effectively preventing residents from entering or exiting the premises. This situation is causing significant inconvenience and distress to the residents. We are unable to freely access our homes, and emergency egress is compromised. The safety and well-being of the building’s occupants are at risk. I kindly request urgent intervention to address this issue. It is imperative that the store owners be instructed to relocate their goods and restore unobstructed access to the building entrance. We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Please take necessary action to ensure the safety and rights of the residents.

Hazard exists at the slip road entrance to the flyover, where numerous accidents have occurred due to impalement of vehicles on the central barrier, near the junction of Oxgate lane NW2 . Improved lighting and refreshed road markings are imperative to mitigate further incidents. The latest addition of a traffic cone with a light really doesn’t cut it! - see picture attached

Hi, last year about 8 pavement slabs were removed in preparation for tree planting on the street. This was great news. More trees are always good. This morning, workmen have removed the stakes and filled in the tree pits with asphalt! Where are the new trees that we were so looking forward to and why do we now have a big patch of ashplant ?
