Corner of Pakenham Street and Calthorpe Street, 10th May
My husband fell over this paving stone this morning and has a cut knee and is very shaken up. He also hurt his hand. I have two witnesses and myself. He was with a helper and a guy that was working nearby rushed over to help him up. My husband walks with a walking stick, so this is disgusting that he can't cross a road without tripping over a paving stone. If you want details of witnesses please let me know. Ann Randall

Rubbish dumped outside a store, 10th May
This is a real problem, keeps happening all the time and attracting lots of rats to the area. The smell is also awful. This is not coming from the nearby stores so somebody is dumping their rubbish here at night.

Daily and constant rubbish, urine, graffiti, rough sleeper, 10th May
The stairs from the bridge down to the lower road level are constantly filled with rubbish. The walls are covered in graffiti. There is a rough sleeper. There is a strong smell of urine every day. It just seems like this stair is forgotten even though many people walk through it daily. It's strange to find a place in such a state in an area like Westminster

Continuous rubbish dumping, 10th May
This happens every week. Its horrible. I have no idea who owns the bins but everyone dumps their rubbish there. You can’t even walk past it and it smells very bad.

Sticker and cable tied sign., 10th May
Please remove the sticker from the rear or the traffic sign and also remove the scrunched up No Urinating sign - as it’s pushed up high and scrunched up, so no one can read it anyway, It just looks a mess and had done for a long time. Needs removing.

It’s must have been in situ for at least six months now. Someone has attempted to break it up recently, to steal parts. It needs removing, as it is often lying on the pavement in the way of pedestrians. So a trip hazard.

Ice cream van idling engine at school pick up, 9th May
Every sunny day an ice cream van parks at the entrance to Napier Grove. It’s nice for children to enjoy ice cream, but engine is left idling and the fumes are really bad. It’s parked on double yellows. The air pollution is a concern as it’s an old vehicle.

More graffiti on property on corner of Micawber St & Shepherdess Walk, 9th May
There is already lots of graffiti on this boarded up house but now a large red area has been added around the door. Since the photo was taken more detail in white has been added to the red. This property no 5 Shepherdess Walk is a listed property.
