Bin that wasn't emptied for 6 months was put on the back of a tail lift vehicle and removed but was never replaced. Rubbish bins overflowing. We need the bin back.

Ongoing issue with Recycling not being collected outside 213 Victoria Park Road, 13th May
Repeatedly recycling is not collected. 213 Victoria Park Road is located on Lauriston Road and collections repeatedly fail to pick up. Elderly resident not able to carry refuse around the corner. Please let the collection people know about location

The cycle lane traffic light and the vehicle traffic lights are synced same colour, 12th May
Hi, there are two sets of traffic lights here. The first set is okay. But the second set, at the roundabout is extremely dangerous.
The vehicle traffic light is the same colour as the cycle lane one.
So if a vehicle wants to do a left turn at the roundabout, taking the 1st exit...
And a cyclist wants to go straight ahead at the roundabout, as they are not allowed to go on the dual carriageway... this is leading to a disaster.
The cycle lights need to be red when the traffic lights are green and vice versa.
You can't have vehicles turning left when cyclists on left lane are trying to go straight ahead.
Please issue a fix ASAP.

Chambers restuarant illegal offloading, 9th May
Chambers restaurant in E9 off loads and unloads deliveries on Connor street everyday which is a street with specific no loading or offloading at anytime markings. This is also entrance to the school. I want to request a street bollard installed

Vehicle idling, 8th May
This van has been parked opposite my house with its engine running. I asked the driver if he wouldn't mind turning the engine off because of noise and air pollution. He refused. Said he needed it running to charge his phone. Been there 1 1/2 hours now.

Roadside planters/rain gardens still in disrepair, 29th April
I reported this on Mar 11 and was informed work would be complete in 4-6 weeks, however they have not been tended to and still feature vehicle refuse, rubbish, and broken/dead shrubs abandoned by care teams.

Additional market day at Victoria Park market, 29th April
The Sunday market contributes to overcrowding, lots of rubbish along gore road, congestion on the road and lots of people parking and noise pollution. We were not consulted about adding another market day and this will have a negative impact on residents.

Garden Waste bins. There are three bins, 24th April
Only one garden waste bin is needed, and there are 3. The two extra are taking up a lot of space and never used. They have been there for more than 2 years in the communal garden next to 6 Ruthven Street.
