In my flat two lights not working. The first light which is on ground floor near the entrance to enter the flat. The second light which is on second floor which is near to our door entrance. So it is very dark on the stairs at night.

Back garden in my flat, 26th March
Our flat drain is blocked. We are living on the top floor (2nd floor) so dirty water just bursts out of the kitchen sink at random times. The smell is so bad. I reported to council yesterday. No one came back to clean. Please help us.

Damaged drain cover, 11th December
Square shaped drain near to Hermit Road bus stop M There is a damaged square shaped drain cover which makes a really loud noise when buses go over it and it's dangerous for cyclists. She has called Thames Water and they said it's not their responsibility. Newham Council have also said it's not their responsibility.

In the middle if the road (lonsdale avenue outside door 306), 7th June
There is a drain cover in the middle of the road and its loose so everytime a bus or a car drives over it which is every 2 seconds as its a very busy road the drain cover makes a very disturbing noise. i cannot sleep or concentrate as the noise is very disturbing at all times
