2 benches broken, 28th December
2 benches have been damaged on Ffordd Talwrn. There are several elderly and disabled tenants in the area who rely on the benches daily to access the community.

Manhole cover straddling pavement and front garden, 6th August
The manhole/drain cover straddles the pavement and the front garden of no 13 Hendre Hywel. It makes constructing a level garden impossible, as well as a wall. The manhole position also means it cannot be camouflaged, and even with a double cover it will remain unsightly. We have had estimated to improve the front garden, but the manhole prohibits more works. As the cover shares public and private space, does this mean shared responsibility?
