Large rubbish items and bags dumped, 1st February
Rubbish is repeatedly dumped in Glanafon Street. The rubbish in the attached photos has been there for several weeks if not a couple of months. and the rubbish dumped gets blown all over this part of street, making it difficult to walk with tripping over it, cars round, (it is a cul de sac) or park. It is a health hazard as well as a mess, This encourages rats which are a problem particularly as this street is next to the river

Dog Fouling, 15th April
Despite several visits of the council cleaning wagon, my neighbours insist on allowing their dogs out to foul the road. This builds up over a period of weeks, when it then becomes necessary to once again, request the council to remove dog mess on the road due to health concerns. I expect this situation will continue until action is taken to deter owners from allowing their dogs out on the road.

Excessive litter in verges, 26th March
On the B4409 there is a bad litter problem. Day trippers, lorry drivers from the nearby slate mine and others chuck out of their vehicle windows vast amounts of litter (plastic bottles, KFC and Mcdonald cups, glass bottles, cigarette packs, plastic sweet wrappers etc) on a daily basis. These do not appear to get picked up - except when I go and do it myself (last week I filled a large black bin bag just with the litter on Tyn Twr bridge. The problem extends all the way to Tregarth, and up various roads and footpaths that lead from this road. Some litter is so old that it has been part buried by soil and leaves. Please clean it up! This is no way to treat a beauty spot.
