Direction sign knocked over, 15th April
The direction sign on Gloddaeth Lane pointing at Pydew, opposite Yr Email, had been knocked over.
It is very hard to see the turning when approaching, especially at night. This is a 50 mph road, so it is too dangerous to slow down to try to find the turning.

Blocked road, 26th March
We arrived home last night to a blocked road. We got through, but the signs all said we couldn't. We missed two important deliveries because of this.
We and the public in general were given no warning.
Signs should say "road closed except for access", with diversion signs on the actually blocked side, but they just say the road is closed to absolutely everyone, even pedestrians.

Nice repair and workmanship but are the correct materials used. Surely the reinstatement should be like for like. Tarmac has been used instead of asphalt.

Huge amounts of rubbish, most in bags, 24th January
The photos don't show the extent of the fly tipping very well. There are huge numbers of carrier and black bags full of rubbish in a ditch running along side the road for 100 yards or more. It looks like people bag their rubbish then throw it out of their car windows as they pass.

Road almost impassable, 24th January
The public highway just outside our property is in a very bad state, now almost impassable. "Temporary road surface" signs have been in place for a long time, someone brought a digger to open up a gully to drain water, but the road surface is breaking up. Serious damage to vehicles is just a matter of time.

Two unavoidable potholes about a 18 inches across and several inches deep, two others close by almost as large, Yr Efail lane, Glanwydden, near the T-junction to Pydew., 18th October

Broken latch on gate, 9th July
The latch on the public footpath has been missing for ages, piece of string in place to hold gate shut but not everyone bothers to use it therefore sheep escaping down to Angel Bay and being disturbed by walkers and dogs.

Traffic at school time, 21st March
The traffic at school time is dreadful. Sometimes I am unable to get my car out of the drive due to cars parked dropping off and picking up. I’ve even had parents parked in my drive. These cars while waiting clear out the rubbish onto our street. Can the school open up the gates to allow drop off in the playground,they do when weekend football is on. If needed emergency services would not get down this road because most of the time it’s gridlocked. I will take this further if it’s not acted upon.
