Abandoned van (white Citroen) parked on highway and obstructing access to pavement particularly for those with mobility impairments. Van is nearly 20 years old and is falling apart with excessive corrosive, flat tyres and parts falling onto road. Van has not been moved for years, seems not to be taxed or MOT’d on the gov.uk website, and is also reducing available parking for road legal vehicles. Van is also an eyesore and detracts from the beauty of the village which is sited in the national park.
