Waste crime lethal solid waste faeces dumping and storing by farmers, 13th February
Field facing Maes Famau residential estate LL15 1BF
Every year the local farmers illegally store toxic solid excrement waste in the open field facing the residential estate -Maes Famau. There are many large heaps of solid excrement waste which have been dumped there since Nov 2022 (4 months to date approx at 13 Feb 2023)! The obnoxious fumes from the bacteria come into the property and contaminate everything in the environment, including the tenants clothes, hair, curtains etc and prevent drying clothes outdoors. The tenant making this report has medical evidence in support of the toxicity from the lethal chemicals for which there are thousands e.g methane and ammonia. This is a very grave violation of the right to clean air and enjoyment of the property and environment. It is extremely cruel and inhumane treatment storing faeces waste in an open field and illegal. In addition to the muck spreading causing relentless misery and suffering. The council are the department responsible for taking appropriate action against the offenders. The tenant pays high council tax for this service but is not provided.The police have said it is the council that should deal with this. The farmers are continuing to dump huge truck loads of solid waste and storing it all in the field with impunity.

Large pothole from previously badly reinstated trench crossing, 7th January
Pothole has apparently been there for several weeks. My tyre burst on impact and neighbour came out to state so after seeing me taking pictures.

Awful road surface, 4th January
There appears to be a lack of road here - more hole than surface. It’s a good job people are usually going slowly approaching or leaving the 90 degree corner.

Damaged Road, 8th March
"Bryn Goodman" road from Mold Road, to the tennis courts is severely pot holed and almost impossible to pass safely without a 4x4. This is causing people to take an alternate route through Ruthin School, with most cars speeding, even with the new speed bumps at the school. This is making the area dangerous for boarding school pupils who are on Ruthin School premises 24hrs a day. It is now a regular occurrence for people to have a near miss with a car using the school as a through road.
