Mutton Dingle is in a bad state of repair from top to bottom with numerous large potholes which are exacerbated whenever there is heavy rainfall as a result of the culverts and drains being blocked. The water is channelled into the RH edge (going up) and consequently this is severely eroded, and there is danger of damage to properties.
