Station road drop curb to texaco petrol station, 10th July
Drop curb all broken would say it's a major trip hazard as you can see its filled with water at the moment an where we are we will be having a large amount of people travelling though I noticed this last month but today has gotten worse

Regular dog fouling, 7th April
Dog walking route to the Groe, but no bins and not enough signs. No dog wardens? So we all just have to put up with, walk the stuff into our homes, let children walk in on their way to school etc? The council needs to treat this issue seriously.

Fallen tree has crossed my boundary and has ruined my hedge but it is not clear whose responsibility it is since we are not sure where the property bondaries are in this area. It may require the attention of the Borough Surveyor to determine.

Vehicle blocking access, 2nd August
6 months + Blocking pavement access forcing disabled users into roadway. Lots of traffic on road including heavy goods and is directly next to a cinema which could also endanger children It's also blocking access to a private driveway house occupants unable to use there driveway

Important stone milepost hit by car, 28th September
The ? 18th c. Builth milestone, up the Showground hill, on the right , a bend or two past the horse entrance, was hit by a car not long ago. The milestone's survived, but it's been pushed back to the steeply uprising bank. I was wondering if Powys Highways might be able to put it back where it was? There are two DEEP tyre tracks, clearly visible if you're coming DOWNhill from Llandod towards Builth. It's been there at least a century and a half; we can't lose it.

Flooding-rainwater not clearing -flooding house, 18th February
The heavy rain on Saturday night flooded my house I was up all night brushing out the water but it overwhelmed my flood defences and the volume of water was too great for the culvert under Golf Links Road which could not cope with it. This is not the first time but it is the worst so far. We are told that this is the future. I urgently need an engineer to come and observe the situation.

Street Light teathered to the house guttering by unknown person at council, 10th November
Not sure why but an unknown person at the council has strapped the lamp post to the guttering of the house it stands next to.
If the lamp post is unsafe then it perhaps should be made safe or moved, its quite possible the lamp post could rip the guttering from the house and hit either a pedestrian or vehicle on the road
Please remove the tethering and or fix / move the post

Footpath edge with lots of litter - permanently there - on route to housing, and Co-op supermarket/carpark. The bank with the litter is adjacent to Bank House - on the eastern end of the house - but unsure who is responsible for.

Eurospar Alley, 5th March
Alleyway between Market Street and Eurospar carpark. Frequent dog fouling, full of litter, chewing gum, smashed lights, overgrown boundaries. Absolutely disgusting. In regular use by local residents shopping at Eurospar, but also a route to school (Primary) for schoolchildren.
