Parking in taxi rank to go to match, 14th April
We live here but get parking ti keys if we park outside our home as there is a taxi rank here, which was supposed to be removed in July last year! This taxi driver turns up every week and parks his taxi in the taxi rank and goes to the match. He is not supposed to be there but gets no tickets or anything. This is a joke !

Danger from road markings worn away at traffic lights, 8th April
At the junction of Aintree Road and Fernhill Road, Bootle.
The painted road markings at the traffic light controlled intersection are virtually invisible, including the two stop lines for cars and bicycles. This makes it hard for cars to see the advanced stop line (or bike box) resulting in them often boxing them completely. As they are intended to make cyclists more visible this increases the risk of an accident and casualty at the lights.
Could you please prioritise repainting the markings?
Thank you.

Parking in taxi rank outside my home, 4th April
This evening 4th April 2024 a coach parked outside my home which is being abused every week. We can't park outside our own home as we get pcns and finding parking is so hard considering I.am disabled. We were told last July the taxi rank would be removed after the Councillor, Billy Morrat attended a meeting but here we are 10 months later with it still here. Fans going to.the match, taxi drivers going ro the match and now coach drivers are all parking here yet we have to park a distance from our house. This is not the first time I have reported this but I'm assuming this complaint will be overlooked too.

The traffic lights on Breeze Hill, opposite Hillside School, heading towards the Balliol Rd East toeards Bootle are way too short. Fraudulent Parking on Donaldson Street, 27th March
We are still having illegal parking issues on Donaldson street due to one resident who is still brazenly selling his visitor pass. Numerous photocopies are being sold via two websites where it states parking is outside his house with the use of his permit (see photos) This issue is making parking virtually impossible for genuine visitors of other residents plus effecting Georgie Porgy staff, Homebaked staff and The Crete Gospel Hall church members. He only has two off road parking spaces located behind his property which is why he is selling another four parking spaces on the roadside on match days which is causing congestion and affecting access to residents driveways. The spaces that are being sold are not are allocated to individuals so his customers are unsure where they are to park on arrival. He then doesn’t even the decency to at home or answer his phone to advise them, so they are then parking on and over other residents driveways and causing a nuisance by knocking on doors and asking questions etc. The sheer greed of this one individual is making it miserable for neighbours on match days - he has been doing this for eighteen months and it’s now escalating, so action needs to be taken. Traffic wardens are needed to patrol on every match day and passes need throughly checking. It’s been noted that some customers end up on Donaldson Court and beyond.
